Morris Biggers

Position Summary

Mr. Morris Biggers serves as the Executive Director of TransAtlantic Transportation Service Ghana and is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic planning, operational oversight, and organizational management. He ensures that all transportation, package delivery, medical logistics, and community service programs operate effectively and support the mission of the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all organizational operations.
• Develop strategic plans and annual organizational goals.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation services throughout Ghana.
• Oversee transportation of personnel, medical supplies, medications, documents, and small packages.
• Establish partnerships with healthcare providers, community organizations, businesses, and government agencies.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports.
• Seek grants, sponsorships, donations, and funding opportunities.
• Supervise and evaluate management staff.
• Ensure compliance with transportation laws, nonprofit regulations, and organizational policies.
• Represent TransAtlantic Transportation Service Ghana at public meetings, conferences, and community events.
• Promote organizational growth and expansion throughout Ghana.
• Maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and accountability.
• Provide regular reports and recommendations to the Board of Directors.
