Role & Governance Responsibilities

As Chairman of the Board of Directors, Paige J. Craddock serves as the chief volunteer officer of the organization and provides leadership, governance oversight, and strategic direction at the highest level. He presides over all meetings of the Board of Directors, works closely with the Executive Director to advance organizational goals, and ensures full compliance with the organization's bylaws, policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Craddock leads the organization's strategic planning efforts and supports its long-term growth and development. He appoints committee chairs, oversees committee activities, and encourages active and meaningful participation from all board members. As an ambassador for the organization, he attends public events, community engagements, and partnership meetings to strengthen relationships and advance the organization's mission throughout Ghana and the United States.

The Chairman also plays a key role in fundraising efforts, grant development, partnership building, and resource acquisition to support the organization's long-term sustainability. He reviews organizational performance, financial reports, and program outcomes to ensure accountability and responsible stewardship of all resources entrusted to the organization. Craddock promotes transparency, ethical leadership, and sound governance practices at every level of the organization.

As the official spokesperson for the Board of Directors when authorized, Paige J. Craddock serves as a trusted representative of the organization's values, mission, and community commitments. He supports the recruitment, orientation, and ongoing development of board members to ensure that the Board remains focused, effective, and mission-driven.
